Scotts Timber Engineering provided the trussed rafters for Grade II Listed Haseley Manor, near Warwick. Spitfire has produced nine new homes on the grounds, while the manor itself has been converted into 13 apartments.
Having worked successfully with Spitfire Homes on many previous projects and sites, we were asked to supply design assistance at a very early stage of this exciting project. We designed large specialist trusses to support heavy chimneys, as well as supplying bespoke trusses and party wall spandrel panels. The supply of trusses was co-ordinated with the site manager, ensuring timely deliveries to meet the project requirements.
